2 filet mignon or ribeye steaks

For the Shrimp:
½ lb shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
1 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
For the Sauce:
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken or beef broth
2 tbsp butter 🧈
½ tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Chopped parsley for garnish 🌿

🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Steak
1. Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt & pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
3. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (or longer for desired doneness).
4. Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and herbs, basting the steak with the melted butter.
5. Remove and let the steak rest.
2️⃣ Cook the Shrimp
1. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper; sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Toss in shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink.
4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and remove from heat.

1. In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in Dijon mustard, broth, and seasonings.
