Would you eat this tremendous steak & shrimp noodles

Ingredients:
8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz rice noodles or your favorite noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas or snow peas
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
Cook the Noodles:

Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sliced steak and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside with the steak.
Stir-Fry Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add bell pepper and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
Combine Everything:

Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Add chili flakes if using.
Toss to coat and heat through.
Add Noodles:

Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve:

Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro if desired. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
