Directions:
Marinate the Chicken: Soak chicken strips in buttermilk for 10 minutes to tenderize. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Coat the Chicken: Mix cornflakes, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge each strip in the mixture, pressing to coat well.
Cook the Chicken: Arrange the coated strips on a baking sheet or air fryer basket. Spray with olive oil. Bake for 18-20 minutes or air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
