Pineapple Upside Down Cupcakes

β’ 1/2 cup melted butter
β’ 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
β’ 24 maraschino cherries
β’ 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
β’ 1 package pineapple cake mix
β’ 3 eggs
β’ 1 1/3 cups pineapple juice
β’ 1/3 cup vegetable oil
β’ 1 tbsp confectionersβ sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 350Β°F and spray cupcake tins with cooking spray.
2οΈβ£ Add melted butter and brown sugar to each tin, then top with pineapple and cherries.
3οΈβ£ Mix cake ingredients and pour over the pineapple mix.
4οΈβ£ Bake for 25 minutes, let cool for a few minutes.
5οΈβ£ Invert onto a tray and dust with powdered sugar.
