Ingredients:
• 6 large eggs
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• Food coloring in Easter colors (pink, blue, yellow, purple, etc.)
• 1 cup water (divided, for coloring)
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar (divided, for coloring)
Instructions:
1. Hard-Boil the Eggs:�Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover.�Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath to cool.
2. Peel & Cut the Eggs:�Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.�Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
3. Prepare the Filling:�Mash the egg yolks with a fork.�Add the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper.�Mix until smooth and creamy.
4. Dye the Egg Whites:�Fill small bowls with 1/4 cup water and 1 teaspoon vinegar each.�Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix.�Dip the egg whites into the colored water and let them sit for 5 minutes or until the desired color is reached.�Remove and place them on a paper towel to dry.
5. Assemble the Deviled Eggs:�Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the dyed egg whites.
