Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Succulent Garlic Butter Steak Bites Served Over Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using) until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy Parmesan sauce.
Add the steak bites back to the skillet and gently toss to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
