Nourishing Gluten-Free Hemp Seed & Oat Bread Extravaganza
Ingredients:
• 1 cup gluten-free oat flour (120 g)
• ½ cup hemp seeds (70 g)
• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed (14 g)
• 1 cup water (240 ml)
• 1 egg (or flax egg: 1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)
• 1 tsp baking powder (5 g)
• ½ tsp salt (2.5 g)
• 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine oat flour, hemp seeds, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg (or flax egg), water, and olive oil.
4. Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until a batter forms.
5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
