Spaghetti alla Puttanesca 🇮🇹
A bold and flavorful pasta with olives, capers, and anchovies! 🍝🫒
Ingredients:
• 250g spaghetti
• 400g canned tomatoes
• 50g black olives, pitted and sliced
• 30g capers, rinsed
• 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sauté garlic, anchovies, and red pepper flakes in olive oil.
2️⃣ Add capers, olives, and canned tomatoes, then simmer for 15 minutes.
