Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus 🥙🌶️
A creamy, smoky, and spicy dip perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Adjust Consistency: Add a splash of water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Serve: Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with extra paprika.
