Boozy Egg Jello Shots

Ingredients:

1 (6 oz) box of flavored Jell-O (choose your preferred flavor)
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin (to help the shots hold their shape)
1 cup boiling water
Vegetable oil (for greasing the molds)
Plastic Easter eggs (to serve as molds)
1 cup vodka (or your preferred spirit)
Instructions:

Prepare the Molds:

Carefully drill or cut a small hole in the top of each plastic Easter egg, just large enough to pour the liquid mixture through.
Lightly coat the inside of each egg with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Securely tape the seams of the eggs to prevent leakage.
Place the prepared eggs in an egg carton or a similar holder to keep them upright.
Make the Jello Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, combine the flavored Jell-O and unflavored gelatin.
Pour in 1 cup of boiling water and stir until all gelatin is completely dissolved.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add 1 cup of vodka (or your chosen spirit), stirring well to combine.
Fill the Molds:

Using a funnel or a squeeze bottle, carefully pour the gelatin mixture into each prepared egg through the hole at the top.
Fill each egg to the top, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
Unmold and Serve:

Once set, gently open the plastic eggs and remove the jello shots.
Serve immediately, or keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
Tips:

Flavor Variations: Feel free to experiment with different Jell-O flavors and complementary spirits to suit your taste preferences.
Non-Alcoholic Version: For a kid-friendly or non-alcoholic option, replace the vodka with cold water or fruit juice.
Decoration: Consider adding edible glitter or small candy pieces to the gelatin mixture before it sets for an extra festive touch
