Fresh Mediterranean Bowl
Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs, halved
½ avocado, sliced
½ cup canned chickpeas, drained
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup cucumber, diced
2 tbsp red onion, chopped
Crumbled feta
Olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Arrange all ingredients in a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle feta and fresh parsley on top. Enjoy!
