Supplies:
- 📄 Colored cardstock or construction paper (multiple colors)
- ✂️ Scissors
- 🧴 Glue stick or craft glue
- 🧵 String or yarn
- 🧺 Small paper cup, mini basket, or bottle cap (for the basket)
- 🖍️ Markers, stickers, glitter (for decorating)

Directions:
1. Create the balloon shape:
Cut 4–6 balloon shapes out of colored cardstock (all the same size and shape). Fold each one in half vertically.
2. Assemble the balloon:
Glue the folded sides of each balloon piece together to form a 3D shape. Leave the last edge unglued until you insert the string.
3. Add the basket:
Tape or glue a piece of string to the bottom of the balloon. Then, attach the other end of the string to a small paper cup or bottle cap to act as the basket.
4. Decorate:
Add stickers, glitter, or drawings to your balloon. Use cotton balls to create fluffy cloud cut-outs around it if desired.
5. Hang it up:
Punch a hole at the top and tie another piece of string for hanging from the ceiling, shelf, or window!
