Garlic Butter Beef Tips with Creamy Rotini and Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb beef tips (or stew meat)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 oz rotini pasta
1/2 cup beef broth
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Boil the rotini in salted water until tender, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add beef tips and cook for 5–7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Transfer beef to a plate.
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cook for another minute to blend the flavors.
Pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Mix until fully melted and smooth.
Return beef tips to the skillet, then add the cooked rotini. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated and the beef is well combined.
Top with fresh parsley and serve warm.
