🥧 Old-Fashioned Rhubarb Pie — Just like Grandma used to make! 🔥
You’ll Need:
• 1 unbaked 9” pie crust
• 4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
• 1 egg
• 1½ cups sugar
• 1 cup sour cream
• ⅓ cup flour
Crumble Topping:
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup melted butter
Steps:
1️⃣ Mix egg, sugar, sour cream & ⅓ cup flour until smooth. Fold in rhubarb.
2️⃣ Pour into crust.
3️⃣ Mix topping flour, brown sugar & butter — sprinkle over pie.
4️⃣ Bake at 400°F for 10 mins, then 350°F for 40–45 mins until golden & bubbly.
5️⃣ Cool completely. Slice & enjoy with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
