Delicious Chinese Cabbage (Baby BokChoy)with Garlic Sauce- Restaurant Style
You need:
2 lbs fresh baby Bok Choy
Water
1 tbsp oil
Pinch of salt
Garlic Sauce:
8-10 cloves minced Garlic
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp honey
Steps:
Wash and slice Bok Choy in half and set aside.
Boiled water in a pot, about 2-3 cups of water. Add oil and pinch of salt. Blanched the bok choy until tender. Set aside in a serving dish.
In a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon oil, add all the garlic. Saute till fragrant. Then, add the rest of the ingredients. Whisk well and let it simmer for about 2 minutes until the sauce is fully blended. Pour on top of Bok choy plate. Enjoy!
