Ingredients:
• 1.5 kg fresh mussels
• 2 shallots
• 2 garlic cloves
• 250 ml dry white wine
• 50 g butter
• Fresh parsley
Instructions:
1️⃣ Clean and scrub mussels.
2️⃣ Sauté shallots and garlic in butter.
3️⃣ Add mussels and wine, cover, steam until mussels open.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with parsley, serve with bread.
