π« Chocolate Chip Brownies with Chocolate Sauce

These brownies are ultra-fudgy on the inside with melty chocolate chips in every bite, and topped with a warm, glossy chocolate sauce. The ultimate dessert for chocolate lovers! π
π Ingredients
πΈ For the Brownie:
β’ 150 g (2/3 cup) unsalted butter π§
β’ 200 g (1 cup) granulated sugar
β’ 2 large eggs π₯
β’ 1 tsp vanilla extract πΌ
β’ 80 g (2/3 cup) all-purpose flour
β’ 40 g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
β’ ΒΌ tsp salt π§
β’ 100 g (about Β½ cup) chocolate chips π«
πΈ For the Chocolate Sauce:
β’ 100 g (about Β½ cup) dark chocolate, chopped
β’ 100 ml (about Β½ cup) heavy cream π₯
β’ 1 tbsp butter (optional for shine)
π©βπ³ Instructions
1. Prepare the Brownie Batter:
1 Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
2 Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3 Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix just until combined.
4 Fold in the chocolate chips.
2. Bake:
β’ Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
β’ Bake for 20β25 minutes until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft (donβt overbake!).
β’ Let cool slightly in the pan.
3. Make the Chocolate Sauce:
β’ In a small saucepan, heat the cream until hot but not boiling.
β’ Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate, and let sit for 1 minute.
β’ Stir until smooth and glossy. Add butter if using.
4. Serve:
β’ Cut the brownies into squares.
β’ Drizzle generously with warm chocolate sauce.
