🍖🇫🇷 Gigot d’Agneau (Roast Leg of Lamb)
A French Sunday classic: succulent roasted lamb, seasoned with garlic and herbs, served with potatoes or green beans 🍷🍴.
Ingredients:
• 1 leg of lamb (about 2 kg)
• 4 garlic cloves
• 4 sprigs rosemary
• Olive oil, salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Rub lamb with garlic, rosemary, oil, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Roast in oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20 min, then reduce to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 1–1.5 hrs depending on doneness.
3️⃣ Let rest 15 min before carving.
4️⃣ Serve with roasted vegetables 🥔.
