Chili Garlic Oil
Great for dumplings, ramen, seafood or egg rolls, or even veggies if you want spicy and garlicky dipping sauce.
With just easy steps, just warm oil in a pan. Then, add garlic, pepper flakes and shallots. Saute till fragrants. Then add the seasoning, chili powder, paprika and salt. Mix well and set aside. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
