Creamy and Refreshing Mango Tapioca
If you’re craving something sweet and refreshing, this the best for you! I love the sweet aroma of mango with the combination of tapioca pearls and coconut.
Recipe:
1 can coconut cream or all purpose cream
1 cup condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup tapioca pearls - cook according to instructions
4 ripe mangos diced
Coconut flakes
Steps:
Cook tapioca pearls in boiled water until translucent in color. Set aside and let it cools.
Slice and diced the mango. Set aside.
In a blender, add coconut cream, condensed milk and evaporated milk. Mix till smooth.
In a large serving bowl, add the milk mixture, add the tapioca, and the diced mango.
Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hr. Or eat it right away. You can also directly put in the serving cup and add how much milk, tapioca or mango you want. Serve and enjoy! Add few coconut flakes for crunchy toppings.
