Seared Garlic Butter Salmon Over Creamy Spinach Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces linguine pasta
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Add the chopped spinach, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir and let simmer for 2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Place the salmon fillets on top, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
