Instructions
Prepare the dough by combining warm milk and yeast in a small bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and softened butter. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

While the dough rises, prepare the filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in strawberry jam and chopped strawberries. Chill until ready to use.

Punch down the risen dough and roll out to Β½-inch thickness. Using a 3-inch round cutter, cut out circles of dough.
