1 box chocolate cake mix, 1 cup water, Β½ cup oil, 3 eggs. Bake in a 9Γ13 at 350Β°F for 30β38 min. Cool slightly and poke holes all over. Mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk with hot fudge topping, pour over cake to fill holes. Spread coconut-pecan frosting on top, then sprinkle with pecans and mini chocolate chips. Chill, slice, and enjoy.
