🥣 Zuppa Toscana
A beloved Tuscan soup with sausage, potatoes, and kale, simmered in a creamy broth.
Ingredients:
• Italian sausage: 8 oz (225 g)
• Potatoes: 2 large, diced
• Kale: 2 cups (60 g), chopped
• Onion: 1, diced
• Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
• Chicken broth: 4 cups (1 liter)
• Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Cook sausage in a pot until browned. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ • Sauté onion and garlic in the same pot.
3️⃣ • Add potatoes and chicken broth, simmer until tender.
4️⃣ • Stir in sausage and chopped kale.
5️⃣ • Finish with heavy cream and simmer 5 minutes.
6️⃣ • Serve hot with bread.
