🥞 Galette Comtoise
A specialty from Franche-Comté made with choux pastry and flavored with orange blossom 🌸.
Ingredients:
• 250 ml milk
• 100 g butter
• 150 g flour
• 4 eggs
• 50 g sugar
• Orange blossom water
Instructions:
1️⃣ Make choux pastry with milk, butter, flour, and eggs.
2️⃣ Add sugar and orange blossom.
3️⃣ Pour into greased pan.
4️⃣ Bake at 180°C for 30–35 min.
