🍄 Creamy Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
3 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup cream or milk
2 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.
Add mushrooms, cook until tender.
Sprinkle flour, stir to combine (optional).
Pour in broth, simmer 10 mins.
Stir in cream, heat through.
