Love making this Christmas candy. So delicious!
1-2 packs of saltine crackers
2 stick of unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
Semi sweet Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Line the pan with crackers and set aside. In a saucepan, add the butter and brown sugar and combine until a caramel consistency. Pour that over the crackers and spread. Put in oven for 10 minutes, then add chocolate chips. You can let it melt or put it back in the oven to melt then spread. Add sprinkles or whatever toppings you like. Refrigerate until cold and firm and then break into pieces. Something fun for kids to help make and decorate.
