1/2 cup chopped strawberries π
1/4 cup powdered sugar π¬
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted π§
1 cup heavy cream π₯
2 large eggs π₯
1 tsp vanilla extract π¦
1/2 cup white chocolate, melted π«
1/4 cup granulated sugar π
1/2 tsp salt π§
2 1/2 tsp baking powder π
1 cup strawberry jam π
1/2 cup whole milk π₯
Pink food coloring (optional) πΈ
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and give that donut pan a good spray with non-stick spray for easy release.
2. Grab a large mixing bowl and whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar until they're well combined.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, large eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until it's nice and smooth.
4. Gradually pour those wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Remember, we donβt want to overmix!
5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway. Pop them into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
6. For that dreamy filling, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Then, carefully fold in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries to create a deliciously sweet mixture.
7. Once the donuts are cool, slice each one in half horizontally. Generously fill each donut with the strawberry cream filling. Pack it in nicely!
8. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over each filled donut for a gorgeous topping. If you want that extra pop of color, mix in a few drops of pink food coloring before drizzling.
9. Allow the donuts to set for a few minutes, and then they're ready to be devoured!
Enjoy your delightful White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Donuts!
