Tomato Burrata Salad
**Ingredients
- 3 large heirloom tomatoes (red, dark red, green), sliced
- 10 mini heirloom tomatoes (yellow and red), halved
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 2 large basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2–4 tbsp balsamic reduction or glaze
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
**Directions:
1. Arrange sliced and halved heirloom tomatoes on a platter.
2. Tear burrata into large pieces and place over the tomatoes.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction or glaze.
4. Sprinkle with black pepper, paprika, oregano, and chopped basil.
5. Garnish with torn basil leaves.
6. Serve immediately, optionally with crusty bread.
