Air Fryer Frittata
Enjoy a quick, delicious breakfast or brunch with this easy Air Fryer Frittata!
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (or almond/soy milk)
- 1 cup diced veggies (bell peppers, onions, spinach, etc.)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir in veggies and cheese.
3. Grease the air fryer basket, then pour in the mixture.
4. Cook at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until puffed, set, and golden. Check doneness with a toothpick.
5. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
