Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

2 medium apples (peeled or unpeeled, your choice)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for extra fiber)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

A few crushed walnuts or almonds (optional topping)

Directions:

Dice one apple into small cubes. Grate the second one for natural sweetness and texture.

In a small saucepan, combine oats, water (or almond milk), cinnamon, and the grated apple. Stir well.

Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens.

Turn off the heat. Stir in vanilla and chia seeds if using.

Pour into a bowl. Top with the diced apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Add optional toppings like crushed nuts for healthy fats and crunch.
