Triple Chocolate Mousse Torte 🍫🍰
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
Dark Chocolate Mousse:
8 oz dark chocolate
1 cup heavy cream (divided)
2 tbsp sugar
Milk Chocolate Mousse:
8 oz milk chocolate
1 cup heavy cream (divided)
2 tbsp sugar
White Chocolate Mousse:
8 oz white chocolate
1 cup heavy cream (divided)
2 tbsp sugar
Instructions:
Crust: Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate.
Dark Chocolate Mousse: Melt dark chocolate. Whip half the cream and sugar until soft peaks form, fold into the melted chocolate. Spread over the crust and chill.
Milk Chocolate Mousse: Repeat the process with milk chocolate and spread over the dark chocolate mousse. Chill.
White Chocolate Mousse: Repeat with white chocolate and spread over the milk chocolate layer. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or curls before serving.
Notes:
For added texture, top with crushed cookies or a drizzle of chocolate syrup!
