1 small head of cabbage, chopped

3 carrots, diced

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
6 cups beef or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
Cook the Meat (if using):
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
