Ingredients:

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
6 cups arugula
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup pecans, toasted

1 cup pecan halves
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
For the Honey Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Curry Pecans:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the pecans with curry powder, honey, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
Spread the pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pecans are toasted and fragrant.
Let them cool completely.
Grill the Peaches:
