Ingredients:

1 pound white fish fillets (such as cod, haddock, or tilapia), cut into 1-inch strips
1 cup panko bread crumbs

1 egg, beaten

1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Tartar Style White Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Fish: Cut the fish fillets into 1-inch strips.
Make the Breading: In a shallow dish, combine panko bread crumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Bread the Fish: Dip each fish strip into the beaten egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
