This Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce is a creamy, cheesy masterpiece that’s perfect for any night of the week. The rich and velvety sauce with perfectly cooked beef and tender bowtie pasta will leave you craving more!

Ingredients:

8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 block (8 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once browned, drain any excess fat.
Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the beef, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream and beef broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
Add the shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the cooked bowtie pasta into the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.
Serve the pasta in bowls, garnishing with fresh chopped parsley for a touch of color.
