Cheddar Bay Chicken Cobbler Casserole
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and frozen vegetables.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits, and place them on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy a comforting meal.
