- 1 ½ cups chickpea flour (180 grams)
- ½ cup flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for greasing
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the chickpea flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms. It will be slightly sticky.
5. Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into 6-8 equal-sized rolls.
6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
