A creamy, garlicky blend of salted cod and potatoes, enriched with olive oil! A classic Provençal delight! ✨
Ingredients:
300 g salt cod, soaked overnight
2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
2 garlic cloves, minced
100 ml olive oil
50 ml milk, warm
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Drain and cook the soaked salt cod for 10 minutes, then flake it.
In a pan, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add mashed potatoes and flaked cod.
Slowly mix in warm milk, stirring to create a creamy texture.
Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with parsley.
Serve warm with crusty bread!
