Ingredients:
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
