"🍔💥 Big Mac Cheeseburger Bombs
Mini, cheesy, and packed with Big Mac flavors—these cheeseburger bombs are sure to be a crowd-pleaser! Perfect for dipping and devouring in one bite. 😋✨
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet of Big Mac seasoning mix (or use your own mix of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika)
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese for more Big Mac-style)
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
2 tablespoons ketchup (optional, for dipping)
2 tablespoons mustard (optional, for dipping)
Directions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the Big Mac seasoning mix and chopped pickles. Set aside.
Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands to form a small circle.
Assemble the bombs: Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit. Top with a little shredded cheddar cheese. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough up around the filling to seal it, creating a ball shape.
Bake the bombs: Place the sealed bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds for that classic Big Mac touch.
Bake and serve: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden and cooked through. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Serve: Serve the Big Mac cheeseburger bombs with ketchup and mustard for dipping!
