Lemon Garlic Chicken with Green Beans
**Ingredients:
*Protein & Veggies:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
*Seasonings & Flavor:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
*Citrus & Extra Flavor:
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
**Directions:
1. Prepare Chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken with paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
2. Cook Chicken: Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan.
3. Sauté Green Beans: In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and green beans. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add Garlic & Lemon: Stir in garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.
5. Combine & Serve: Return chicken to the pan, toss everything together, and cook for another minute. Serve warm.
