2 lobster tails
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
For the Garlic Bread
1 large baguette or Italian bread
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Tail
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare Lobster: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the middle. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
Make Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Brush Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Prepare the Garlic Bread
Make Garlic Butter: In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Prepare Bread: Slice the baguette or Italian bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
Toast Bread: Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven (you can do this during the last 5-7 minutes of the lobster baking) until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve
Plate: Serve the garlic butter lobster tails with garlic bread on the side.
Garnish: Add lemon wedges for squeezing over the lobster.
Tips and Variations
Grill Option: You can also grill the lobster tails for a smoky flavor. Cook them shell-side down for about 8-10 minutes.
Add Cheese: Top the garlic bread with mozzarella or parmesan cheese before toasting for extra flavor.
Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
