Made my first “fruit pizza”! Props to the lady shown in the recipe because it came out amazing! And for the record, I’m doing low carb, not keto.
Crust
1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 TBS Allulose or sugar of choice
1 stick Melted butter
Dash vanilla extract
Mix all in bowl and spread out onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper! Cook on 350 degrees for 6-7 mins
Frosting
8 oz cream cheese softened
2 TBS heavy whipping cream
2 TBS unsweet almond milk
1/4 cup allulose or sugar of choice
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix those Ingredients together with a mixer and then spread onto the “Cooled off” crust! Top with fruit of choice! Blueberries Strawberries blackberries raspberries just whatever your heart desires and enjoy!
