1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 oz. full-fat brick-style cream cheese-room temperature
1/4 powdered sugar
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
3/4 teaspoon instant coffee granules or instant coffee powder (add more to taste)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (add more to taste)
