Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks (1 inch thick, approximately 300 g each)
- Coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions:
1. Let the ribeyes chill out on the counter for about 30 minutes to warm up.
