Ingredients
For the Meat Filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Batter Topping:
½ cup (60g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (240ml) milk
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder

Ketchup & mustard drizzle
Extra shredded cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter or nonstick spray.
2. Cook the Beef Mixture
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft.
Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared pie dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
3. Make the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
Pour the batter evenly over the meat and cheese layer.
4. Bake Until Golden
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
