🛒 Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, halved

2 chicken breasts, cut into chunks

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish 🌿

👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Boil potatoes for 8–10 minutes until just tender. In a large ovenproof skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until golden. Add the potatoes and stir in the cream. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!

🔄 Tip:
You can use cheddar or gouda instead of mozzarella. Add red chili flakes for a spicy kick!
