FUDGY CARAMEL SWIRL BROWNIES

You Will Need:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup thick caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.

2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder.

3. Add flour, salt, baking powder, and mix until just combined.

4. Fold in chocolate chips.

5. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Drizzle with half of the caramel. Swirl lightly.

6. Add remaining batter on top. Swirl in remaining caramel.

7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set but gooey. Cool slightly and slice while still warm if you want that drip shot.
