Stir-fried Bok Choy with Ground Beef
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 head Bok Choy, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil (optional)
Directions:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan. Stir and cook for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. Cook for about 1 more minute, letting the sauce slightly thicken and coat the beef.
Add the chopped Bok Choy to the pan. Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, or until the Bok Choy is wilted but still crisp-tender.
If using, drizzle with sesame oil before serving for added flavor.
